Our Projects

Over the past six months, we have conducted a survey to assess the level of digital literacy among these learners at two secondary schools in Harrismith: Kgethatsebo-Khethulwazi Secondary School and Sasamala Secondary School, specifically targeting learners in Grades 10, 11, and 12 (FET phase). After analyzing the data, it became evident that there is a profound need for digital skills and training to prepare these students for a world sprinting towards the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

Both schools received computer labs sponsored by the Kagiso Trust in 2013. Unfortunately, these labs experienced vandalism, theft, and damage. The organization conducted a technical diagnostic and has since supported the schools by providing 20 operational desktops and repairing existing ones.

We are currently conducting classes for Grade 11 students in both schools during afternoon sessions,
utilizing the available 20 operational computers in a lab that can accommodate 40 learners at a time.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages,
including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
