Our mission as an organization is to provide relevant
digital skills training for youths in rural areas and
assist rural secondary school learners with university
online applications and bridge the digital divide
between urban and rural communities through skills
development and training

We are crafting a future where rural communities don’t just keep pace with the digital revolution; they lead it. Operating from a transportable iLab facility, were bringing the latest in technology right to the doorstep of students.

Picture this: a 49m² powerhouse
filled with 25 PCs, Microsoft Office 365, educational software, and a 42″ educator screen, a multitasking printer, AC for those hot days, and super-speed Wi-Fi. It’s a hub of opportunity, all loaded on a truck, ready to transform lives.

MR TAETSO MASHILE

The IT Wizard and Managing Director

Our Chief Technology Visionary. With a wealth of IT skills and a passion for automation, Mr. Mashile leads the way as the Managing Director. His extensive experience and technical expertise make him the driving force behind our digital transformation journey.

MS NOZIPHO LETSOALO

The Business Maestro

Not just a corporate expert but also a social entrepreneur. Her experience at prestigious institutions like Phillip Morris International and her dedication to community projects, including an NGO and recycling initiatives, are the key to our sustainable growth.

MS JACQUELINE NKOSI

The E-Learning Specialist

The linchpin of our e-learning operations,
bringing a wealth of technical knowledge and expertise in IT. With hands-on experience as an E-Learning Specialist, she’s the perfect candidate for the role of Admin Manager. She ensures the smooth operation of our digital learning initiatives, making education accessible to all.

Together, they are a powerhouse dedicated to nurturing the next generation of rural talent

We’re all about inclusivity, so we’re putting our money where our mission is. We’re slashing course fees by 70%, making education accessible and instilling a sense of responsibility in students and the community.
